Return Policy

Before completing your order, you must agree to the TD Semi Return Policy. By placing your order, you indicate that you have read, accepted and agreed to this policy.

Products purchased from TD Semi may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. The original invoice or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

There are no returns or exchanges on SIM cards, Wireless Refills, Pinless ILD Recharges, or International Top-Ups.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you may obtain by contacting TD Semi at support@td-semi.com. Upon approval, TD Semi shall provide instructions on packaging and labeling your product for return.

If your purchase includes promotional items, the promotional items must be returned with your product or the value of the promotional items will be deducted from the return amount (in addition to any restocking fee for the return).

“Return” constitutes receipt of the product by TD Semi and not the mere issuance of a RMA.

New and unopened products: Products that are new and unopened can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund with no restocking fee charged. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. The consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to TD Semi in its original packaging.

Opened products: Products that are opened can be returned in new condition and original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price at TD Semi’s sole discretion. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. The consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to TD Semi in its original packaging.

Defective products: Defective products can be returned in new condition and original packaging for replacement within 30 days of the invoice date. TD Semi shall bear the cost of shipping the defective/replacement product to/from our return center.

Products not eligible for return: Products that are not eligible for return shall be sent back to the consumer at consumer’s expense. Ineligible products include but are not limited to:

  • Products not purchased from TD Semi.

  • Products that are returned after the 30 day return period.

  • Products that have physical damage including but not limited to abuse, accident or improper use.

  • Products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number.

  • Products that are returned without the retail box, manuals, cables, battery charger, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Products that have the UPC code removed from the retail packaging.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging for your reference and in the event that you need to return something within the 30 day return period.
